Oliver Craig

Oliver Craig is a Professor of Archaeological Science in BioArCh at the Department of Archaeology at the University of York. He has a major interest in Mediterranean food, diet and cuisine, using organic residue analysis of pottery to investigate major dietary transitions in the past, with a particular interest in the transition from foraging to food production in prehistory. Oliver is a Senior Scientist in MEDGREENREV who will be leading the team investigating animal and plant resources in ceramics.
